Comparison of Annual Expenditure on Sports by Colleges of Different Universities

Abstract :

The purpose of the study was to compare the annual expenditure on Sports by Colleges of different universities. In this study three universities i.e. Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar; Punjabi University, Patiala; and Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana were selected. For this study 18 colleges affiliated to Guru Nanak Dev University, 18 Colleges affiliated to Punjabi University & 06 Colleges were from Punjab Agricultural University. All the samples were selected from random basis. Two questionnaire’s were specially constructed for collecting the needed data; & the ‘t’ test was used. Results found that, In Guru Nanak Dev University, annual expenditure is much more than Punjabi University as well as Punjab Agricultural University.
