India's Financial Pattern

Abstract :

<p>&nbsp;Public finance is the study of the role of the government in the Economy. It is the anch of Economic which deals the&nbsp;</p> <div>government revenue and government expenditure of the public authorities.&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;India is a developing country. So Indian Financial Pattern have been assuming greater importance in India, particularly&nbsp;</div> <div>after the decentralization movements started with the 73rd and 74th constitutional amendments in 1992. The structure and trend of the&nbsp;</div> <div>finances of Indian government is very wide. This paper is an attempt to provide an outline of financial pattern in India. It discuss both income and&nbsp;</div> <div>expenditure during the year 2008&ndash;09 to 2012&ndash;13. It is clear from the income and expenditure data that there is a deficit in India&rsquo;s budget because&nbsp;</div> <div>of the excess expenditure over income. Thus this paper present a weak base of Indian Economy and therefore, point to the need for inging about&nbsp;</div> <div>reforms in that direction among these institutions.&nbsp;</div>
