Not only the private entities but also the government agencies are </div> <div>also engaging contract labourers. This article tries to portray whether the purpose of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 is </div> <div>accomplished or not and what are the issues and challenges for contract labour in India. </div>
