Benefits and Problems of E-Banking: A study on users’ prospective

Abstract :

<p>Service industry particularly, banking sector wants to know more about needs and preferences of customers so that, they can meet all the demand of the customers. The main objectives of this paper are to examine the reasons for preferring e-banking services and find out problems of bank customers. Convenience sampling technique is used to select the respondents for the primary data collection and samples of 130 customers have been selected for the study. The findings of the study are that, most of the respondents prefer the services of e-banking because of their 24x7 hours services and major problem of e-banking is machine is out of order.</p>
