Abstract :

Indian Textile was reputed all over the world and admired for their excellent quality, beauty, design, and texture. Evidently, India was among the forerunners in the textile trade. Tamil Nadu also contributes more to Indian economic development and help to enhance reasonable GDP. This factor explores the interrelationship between home and works life domains. Work-life balance position also reflects in QWL of employees and it affects the production of industry.
