Abstract :
<p> <span style="font-size: 12pt; text-align: justify;">The article identifies the steps taken by the textile showrooms to promote the sales through relationship management. The study focuses on</span><b style="font-size: 12pt; text-align: justify;"> </b><span style="font-size: 12pt; text-align: justify;">the impact of sales promotion activities through relationship management on consumers’ buying behavior. The methods of creating awareness factors about the upcoming new trends and the services provided by the textile showroom had been discussed in the study.
