Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) is the gold standard test to find the vascular etiologies of ain. In a rural hospital with poor socioeconomic status of patients, a hospital based Cardiac Cath lab can be used for the evaluation and management selected group of neurological patient of possible vascular origin
