The Role of Methylation of Deoxy Rebonucleid Acid Receptor ?2 Promotor on Pathogenesis of Breast Cancer Through Epigenetic Process

Abstract :

The east cancer is the most tumor malignant lead second cause of death among the female. Diagnostic and therapy of the east cancer are developed. The aim of the research to prove that the pathogenesis of the east cancer is the related epigenetic concept. Design of the research are descriptive survey and true experimental descriptive post test only control group design in vitro. This research use PCR technique, Immunohistochemistry, Chromogenic In Situ Hiidisasi. The result and conclusion that on the east cancer shown lost of band on 1000 Bp until 1900 Bp. Both sample shown DNA metilation promotor RAR β2 on band 550 bp.
