Pachydermoperiostosis- A rare radiologic case

Abstract :

<p>&nbsp;<span style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;">Pachydermoperiostosis (PDP) or primary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy is a rare syndrome characterized by digital clubbing, pachydermia and periostosis. Though on the basis of clinical and radiological features, a</span><span style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;">diagnosis of Pachydermoperiostosis (PDP) can be made, it is often missed due to variable presentations.
