Abstract :

<p>&nbsp;<span style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Two recently published randomized trials have demonstrated that regional nodal irradiation including internal mammary chain ( IMC) along with whole east or chest wall irradiation improved disease-free and distant disease-free survival in early stage east cancer, however medial supraclavicular and axillary group of lymph nodes were also irradiated as part of regional nodal irradiation, so contribution of IMC in outcome could not be determined.</span><span style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif; font-size: 12pt;">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif; font-size: 12pt;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:200%"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size:&#10;12.0pt;line-height:200%;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">&nbsp;</span></p>
