It is one of the causes for severe postpartum haemorrhage leading to a maternal mortality. In case of such an event, an obstetrical hysterectomy remains the ultimate tool to save the mother’s life. We present a case of placenta previa accreta diagnosed by ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging antenatally, in which we accomplished conservative management of postpartum hemorrhage and could save the uterus.< /> < clear="all" style="page-eak-before:always;mso-eak-type:section-eak" />
