CASE REPORT: UTERUS SAVED IN A CASE OF ANTENATALLY DIAGNOSED PLACENTA ACCRETA.

Abstract :

<p>&nbsp;<b><span style="font-size:10.0pt;line-height:&#10;115%;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;">Placenta accreta is one of the serious obstetrical complication faced after the delivery of the fetus. It is one of the causes for severe postpartum haemorrhage leading to a maternal mortality. In case of such an event, an obstetrical hysterectomy remains the ultimate tool to save the mother&rsquo;s life.
