Post cholecystectomy histopathological findings of gall bladder in a tertiary care hospital in Kathmandu - a retrospective study.

More than 50% of patients were from age group 21 - 40 (female, N=682 and male, N=101). Chronic cholecystitis was the most common finding of the histopathological reports of gall bladder specimens, 1319 (99.2%).
