Rare presentation of Hepatocellular carcinoma infiltrating Gall bladder A case report

Abstract :

<p>&lt;p&gt;In our surgical practice it is not very uncommon to find a gall bladder carcinoma in filtrating adjacent liver parenchyma. Here we are presenting a case where a middle aged female patient while undergoing open cholecystectomy found to have a nodule at the fundus of gall bladder which very much looked like gall bladder carcinoma. On histopathology we found it to be a case of Hepatocellular carcinoma infiltrating Gall bladder. ABSTRACT KEYWORDS : Chronic calculus cholecystitis;&lt;/p&gt;</p>
