The co-operative banks are</div> <div>characterized by extensive customer involvement. Customer&rsquo;s satisfactions are closely associated with service performance. Empowerment&nbsp;enhances the employee&rsquo;s sense of personnel power and allows them to elite their customers and it also increases customers&rsquo; satisfactions.</div>
