Abstract :
<p> For the protection of working children in India, there are several constitutional provisions and other legislations. At national and international level also various attempts have been made to curb the menace. Besides this, each state has its own local Acts and rules in this regard. This article mainly highlights the local Acts and rules of the State of Odisha relating to working children.</p>
