Abstract :
<p> <span style="text-align: justify; font-size: 12px;">Aryan Publications is an innovative entrepreneurial venture started by three friends. The company received a huge response in their very first year of operation and had an ambitious growth plan. The company wanted to pursue both expansion and diversification strategy concurrently, but resource constraint and difference of opinion acted as the deterrent.
