DAWN TO DUSK OF A REHABILITATION: A Case Report

Abstract :

<p>&nbsp;<span style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif; font-size: 16pt; text-align: justify;">Management of palatal defects is always a challenging procedure that requires multidisciplinary expertise to achieve acceptable function ,speech and esthetics. Successful rehabilitation improves the quality of life for the patient. The prosthesis should be easy to handle and maintain, light in weight and convenient for any future adjustments.</span>< /> <span style="font-size:16.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif;&#10;mso-fareast-font-family:Calii;mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin;mso-ansi-language:&#10;EN-US;mso-fareast-language:EN-US;mso-bidi-language:AR-SA">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; This case report describes a clinical case of hemi maxillectomy which had prosthodontic intervention right from the pre surgical planning through to the faication of a definitive hollow bulb obturator prosthesis</span></p>
