Global climate change and Northeast India�s concern: A Review

Abstract :

<p>&nbsp;<span style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif; font-size: 10pt; text-align: justify;">The issue of climate change in the present day is a seeming reality, this reminds us James Hutton&rsquo;s concept of cyclic nature of earth&rsquo;s history but it was not expected to happen so fast, anthropogenic sources accelerated the rate of change and the world society needs to be concern of this fact. With each passing day the call for an action to adapt to or mitigate the climate change effects and impacts is increasing from the corners of the world. The most vulnerable societies are the least developed countries and parts of the world, one such is the northeastern region of India.
